Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContainerMath, a 3D container loading and cargo packing tool operated by 100 MPH Private Limited, trading as Backrock Studios ("ContainerMath", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service at containermath.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ContainerMath helps you plan how to pack and load cargo into containers and other vessels by generating 2D/3D load plans, packing manifests, loading charts, and exports. Paid plans also include Export Documents, a workspace that generates trade-documentation drafts — such as commercial invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices, and combined invoice-cum-packing-lists — from the shipment details you provide. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the product.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• Free plan. ContainerMath offers a free tier with limited calculations and watermarked exports, so you can evaluate the product.
• Paid plans. Paid plans unlock additional capacity and features. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and is exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Price & plan changes. We may change our prices, the plans we offer, and the features included in any plan at any time and at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Any price is valid only for the billing period for which it was charged; a price change takes effect from your next renewal, and continuing your subscription after it renews constitutes acceptance of the new price. We may add, modify, or withdraw plans or features at any time, and are not obligated to maintain any particular plan, feature, or price.
• Fair use of "unlimited" calculations. Plans described as offering "unlimited" load or carton calculations are intended for normal interactive use by a single business and are subject to a fair-use limit of 500 calculations per month, which resets each month. A "calculation" is a distinct packing run (a unique combination of vessel/box and cargo); simply re-running or re-saving the same plan does not count again. If you reach the fair-use limit, further calculations may be paused until the next monthly reset. This limit exists to protect the service against automated or abusive usage; if your legitimate business needs regularly exceed it, the Custom plan is not subject to this fair-use limit — reach us through our support form to discuss it.
• AI usage & tokens. AI features (the Stowy copilot and AI manifest import) draw from a single shared balance of prepaid tokens. Each plan includes a monthly free-token grant shown on our pricing page; it resets at the start of each calendar month and does not roll over. Usage is metered by the actual tokens consumed, not a flat per-use fee. When your free tokens for the month are used up, AI features require a positive token balance — you can top up at any time by purchasing prepaid credit packs, which never expire. We do not auto-bill for AI usage beyond your prepaid balance.
• Export Documents. The Export Documents workspace — saving shipments to your account and AI smart import of packing lists — is a paid capability included on our higher tiers (currently Pro Plus and Custom); the plans that include it are shown on our pricing page. AI smart import draws on the shared prepaid AI tokens described above.
• Payments. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure, including by automating, scripting, or otherwise generating calculations beyond the fair-use limits described in Section 3;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except as permitted by law;
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission;
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter — including load plans, cargo dimensions, presets, and configurations. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

ContainerMath, including its software, packing and stowing logic, visualizations, design, and branding, is owned by 100 MPH Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

7. Accuracy of results, documents & no professional advice

ContainerMath produces load plans and calculations based on the data you provide and general-purpose stowing logic. Results are planning aids, not guarantees. They do not account for every real-world factor — including weight distribution and axle limits, securing and lashing requirements, hazardous-materials rules, customs, or carrier and regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for verifying that any actual loading is safe, lawful, and compliant before acting on it.

Export Documents, together with any compliance checklist, readiness score, or field guidance it shows, is a document-drafting aid — not legal, tax, customs, or trade-compliance advice. Documents are generated from the information you enter, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of every document you create, edit, download, or file — including descriptions, HS/ITC codes, valuations, weights, tax and GST treatment, declarations, and party details. References to any jurisdiction's requirements (for example, "India-compliant") describe the format the workspace is designed around and are not a warranty that a document satisfies applicable law or will be accepted by any customs authority, bank, buyer, or other party. Verify every document against current requirements before relying on or filing it. ContainerMath does not provide engineering, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as our authentication, hosting, payment (Dodo Payments), and AI providers. Your use of features powered by those providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results, calculations, or generated documents will be accurate or meet your requirements.

You use ContainerMath — including its calculations, load plans, and generated documents — at your own risk, and you are responsible for any decision you make or action you take in reliance on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for commercial, operational, financial, or regulatory outcomes — such as shipment delays, rejected or seized cargo, penalties, fines, or losses — arising from your use of the service or the documents it produces.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContainerMath and 100 MPH Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContainerMath and 100 MPH Private Limited, and our officers, employees, and providers, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the service, the content or documents you generate, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may, at our discretion and with or without notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access — and may permanently delete your account and its associated data — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service or any data, engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Where a paid account is terminated for such reasons, fees already paid are non-refundable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive. Routine account-data handling on termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of 100 MPH Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you and we each submit to that jurisdiction — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
